Bar Exams 2013 Ended. Waiting-Game Begins.

A total of 5,293 law graduates trooped to the University of Santo Tomas for the last day of the Bar examination.  Records from the Bar Confidant showed that a total number of 5,641 applications to the 2013 Bar examination were filed.
It said that on the first Sunday of the examination on October 6, at least 290 candidates did not attend the examination, while five are no show on the second Sunday, Oct 13. Three candidates were absent on the third Sunday examination on October 20, it said.

The last examination is on remedial law and legal ethics, which are scheduled at 8am to 12 noon, and 2 pm to 6 pm, respectively, it added.

On its last day of examinations, the SC said it is strictly implementing the liquor ban which are imposed in the vicinity of the UST, concurrent with the liquor ban of the Commission on Elections day ahead of the election on Monday. The bar exam is the most difficult licensure exam in the country.

The SC also said that the tentative date for of the oath taking of successful candidates will be on April 28, 2014 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), citing the Office of the Bar Chairman.

Now that the BAR EXAMS had ended, the waiting game begins.
