The PhilSat requirement has been scrapped by the Supreme Court. It said that one who wants to study law cannot be compelled to pass the PhilSat exam however, it is still up to the Law School if they will require PhilSat score as a requirement for enrollment. Top Law Schools in the Philippines require PhilSat results on top of the admissions tests.
