THE DEED OF
ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed, and entered into by
________________, of legal age, single, Filipino, and resident of (ADDRESS), hereafter referred to as SELLER.
AND
_________________, of legal age, single, Filipino, and resident of (ADDRESS), hereafter referred to as BUYER.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS,
the SELLER is the registered owner of
four-wheeled vehicle specifically a red MERCEDEZ
BENZ car with plate number LAW-2013
and engine number NAR-UTO-3232-1100 supported
by the Certificate of Ownership attached hereto,
WHEREAS,
the BUYER has offered to buy and the
SELLER has agreed to sell the above
mentioned vehicle for the amount of FIVE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500, 000) Philippine Currency:

THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500, 000) Philippine Currency, paid
by the vendee to the vendor, the SELLER
DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY
by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER,
his heirs, and assigns the certain vehicle together with all the improvements
found within, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature as due of
this sale.
