Enrolling to First Year Law: Did not take PhilSat Exams

Want to take up law this year but was not able to take the PhilSat examination?

Luckily, since it was the pilot examinations, LEB has decided to soften its rules and give chance to aspiring lawyers who had not take up the PhilSat examination to enroll for first year law. This is provided that you will take the next PhilSat examinations and, importantly, PASS it.

Your status will be conditional and admission will depend on the College. It is the discretion of the school to accept you or not. You may also need to take their entrance exams. You will be given a form from LEB which you need to be notarized.

Always remember that you must follow the statements in the form which state that you need to take the next exam or else your enrollment will be considered null. Failure to take the next PhilSat exams and pass it will render your conditional status as null and void. This means you will not be allowed to take the course anymore.

So, if interested to take up law this semester, go to your preferred school and inquire!
