Taylor Swift: All Too Well - Return the red scarf - Jake Gyllenhaal

Taylor Swift Release a 10-minute version of the All Too Well

Fans are speculating that the man Taylor Swift is referring to in the song is none other than Jake Gyllenhaal. Many news outlets report the song as allegedly referring to Jake.

The lyrics of the song are too much that it is now trending since its release. Jake's name is trending worldwide but unfortunately, not in a good way. Due fan's speculations, some not-so-good comments, and opinions are up.

Most notable, "Return the Red Scarf"!

The short film below is the "music video" of the song with so much references going on.

In the song itself, Gyllenhaal gets some pretty overt lyrical shoutouts. Lines like “You grew up in a silver-spoon gated community / Glamorous, shiny, bright Beverly Hills” (Gyllenhaal was born into an industry family; his father is director Stephen Gyllenhaal) and “I bet you think about me when you're out/At your cool indie music concerts every week” take aim at Gyllenhaal's lifestyle. (Swift referenced Gyllenhaal's music taste in “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” another track believed to be about him, too: “I'm really gonna miss you picking fights /And me falling for it, screaming that I'm right /And you would hide away and find your peace of mind /With some indie record that's much cooler than mine.”)

What is Jake thinking about right now?

Although according to Swift, Gyllenhaal has likely heard the music. She spoke to New York magazine in 2013 and confirmed the subject of “All Too Well” heard the track. “I heard from the guy that most of Red is about,” Swift told the outlet then. “He was like, ‘I just listened to the album, and that was a really bittersweet experience for me. It was like going through a photo album.’ That was nice. Nicer than, like, the ranting, crazy e-mails I got from this one dude. It’s a lot more mature way of looking at a love that was wonderful until it was terrible, and both people got hurt from it—but one of those people happened to be a songwriter.”

Taylor Swift is notoriously known to create songs referencing her past relationships.
