If you have applied for the PhilSAT examination this coming April 16, 2017, then you should have already received your examination permit through your registered email address. This should have been sent to you last weekend. If you have not received it yet, then I highly suggest that you contact the administrators through email at philsat@cem-inc.org.ph or call them at (632) 813-3686, 813-3694 or 95 local 108 or 840-0880.
Note: The examination permit is different from the PhiLSAT Identification Form. You should bring both on the examination together with a valid I.D. For more information on what to bring on the examination day, go to PhiLSAT: What to Bring
