PhiLSAT: What to Bring

During the test date, make sure that you have the following items to make sure that the proctor or examiner will let you take the exam. Always remember that there is no exception or alternative for these required items. Also, the exam will start at 7:00AM to 12:00 NN. Note that Late Examinees will not be admitted!

What to bring

1. Examination Pass - sent through email. Must be printed and you must let the watcher sign it when you take the exam. This is one of your proof that you took the exams.

2. PhiLSAT Identification Form - the one that  you also received from your email when you have registered and paid the examination fees.

3. VALID school or government I.D. -  if graduating or still a student who has no government I.D yet, make sure that your I.D. is still valid or has a signature that it is still good for the ongoing semester.

GOVERNMENT I.D.'s - Make sure that you have  valid government I.D. Based on the announcements, this is the only type of I.D. that they will accommodate. This means that company I.D. will unlikely be honored. So to avoid any issues, make sure you have a valid government I.D. A good example would be your Driver's licence, Passport, Voter's I.D, and PRC I.D.

4. Notarized certification of graduation or Original or certified true copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) if the Examinee is already a college graduate, - this applies to college graduates. Make sure that the T.O.R that you have is certified which means signed by the college secretary or by authorized person. A simple photocopy would not do. You can have your certified true copy of TOR through your College Secretary's office.

Or you can also ask a Certification of Graduation, also, through the College of Secretary's office. The body of the certification should be stating something like;

"This is to certify (Name of the Examinee) that she had graduated from this institution . . . "

To be specific, this should include details of bachelor's degree received, year of graduation, granting institution and its address.

5.  Pencils (No. 2 or HB) with/and erasers

6. Watch (optional) - only analog watches are allowed.

7. TRANSPARENT PLASTIC ENVELOPE - for personal valuables and other allowed items

Make sure that you bring the following items to the exam to prevent any complications in taking the exam.
