PhiLSAT: What not to bring

This is very important and I hope you take note of the following things. Make sure not to bring these things in the examination center. Remember, you are taking the exam in the purpose of taking up LAW which means you would need to follow the rules and regulation imposed by the administrators.

What not to bring

1. Cellular phones and other electronic gadget. - is strictly prohibited. This includes Electronic devices including mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, personal digital assistants (PDAs), digital and smart watches, etc.

Please take note of this rule. i would highly advise not to bring your cellphones in the examination room or even in the area. If you are not sure where you will leave your things, then don't bring it. And don't attempt to hide it, if you are caught, this means automatic failure of the exam and be barred from taking it again.

2. Calculator. -  Part of the exam is mathematics and the instruction is to solve it manually.

3. Media players or listening devices.

4. Bags of any kind - Yes, as mentioned above, the examining body will not provide any place to put your things securely. It is okay if you have a car where you can put all your valuables inside. The site says that you can put all your bags in front of the room however, it is also stated that CEM will not provide any booth for prohibited items.

To be safe, just bring the necessary items needed that can be put inside the transparent envelope. (PhiLSAT: What to bring

Again, I strongly advise to follow the rules imposed by CEM. Not bringing your cellphone for a day would not hurt you. If you want a career in law, remember this,

"Ignorance of the law excuses no one from compliance therewith."
